Rides

Record each fare you earn today.

• Ride amount — Enter the fare in dollars, then tap "+ Add ride". You can edit or delete entries from the list. "Today's income" shows the total for the current day.

Fuel

Set the current price per gallon and log each fuel purchase. The app uses this to compute cost per km.

• Price per gallon — Default fuel price. Tap "Edit" to change it, then "Done".
• Price per gallon (in the form below) — Price per gallon for this purchase (often same as above).
• Amount — Total amount spent in dollars for this fuel purchase. Enter both, then tap "Add" to log the transaction.

The list shows fuel transactions. "Fuel spent today" and "Real cost per kilometer" update from your vehicle and fuel data.

One-time costs

Repairs, tickets, parking, and other single expenses.

• Amount — Cost in dollars.
• Note (optional) — Short description (e.g. "Oil change", "Parking ticket").

Tap "Add" to add an entry. You can edit or delete items in the list. "Total one-time costs" shows the sum of all one-time expenses.

Annual costs

Yearly recurring costs (insurance, registration, loan interest, etc.).

• Label — Name of the cost (e.g. "Insurance", "Matrícula").
• Amount — Yearly cost in dollars.

Tap "Add" to add an item. Edit or delete from the list. "Total annual costs" is used in the cost-per-km calculation.

Vehicle

Your taxi and usage details. Fill this once; the app uses it for all cost calculations.

• Owner, Taxi #, Plate #, Kilometers per year, Efficiency (km per liter), Current odometer, Vehicle value if sold today, Taxi license cost.

Settings

Change your 4-digit PIN. Enter your current PIN, then the new PIN twice.

Summary

Overview of your numbers: cost per km, depreciation per km, today's income, total costs, and whether you're profitable or losing per km.

Carreras

Registra cada tarifa que ganas hoy.

• Monto de la carrera — Ingresa la tarifa en dólares, luego toca «+ Agregar carrera». Puedes editar o eliminar entradas. «Ingresos de hoy» muestra el total del día.

Cambia tu PIN de 4 dígitos. Ingresa el PIN actual y luego el nuevo dos veces.
